I ordered this bong last month but it came without the bowl. I sent a message to customer service. Not only did they immediately ship me a bowl, but they gave me a $5 gift card for the trouble! After that amazing customer service experience, I received my bowl and tried the bong. A perfectly clean and smooth hit and it looks great amongst my other bongs. I love it!
