How to start a return:

1. Send products you wish to return to the return address from the shipping label:

Note:

  • TWB does not cover shipping costs for returns. You are responsible for returning the items by the mail carrier of your choice  
  • If you’d like a return label, you can purchase one from TWB. 
  • All items being returned must arrive back in our facility in new condition, and not broken. 
  • Should your return arrive broken, used, out of packaging, you will not be eligible to receive a retail value refund, or be eligible to have your items sent back to you.
  • Include a note inside your return with your 5 digit order number. 

2. As soon as we receive your items back in our facility, they will be inspected to ensure all above requirements are met. 

3. Once your return is inspected and granted eligibility for a return, you will receive a retail value refund back to the credit/debit card used on your order. 

Retail Value Refund: A retail value refund is only the amount spent on the products/items themselves. A retail value refund will not include the cost of shipping originally paid. 
For example: if your order cost $10 and you paid $5 for shipping, your total order would be $15. A retail value refund on this example would only be a $10 refund. 

Returns are only accepted within 7 business days from the day your order was confirmed delivered via tracking on original order. To see more details please view our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

Yes, we ship to every state in the US

What if my glass arrives broken?

We will replace it! Contact us via the chat option and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

Cancel my subscription?

We are NOT a subscription so there is nothing to cancel!

Cancel and refund my order?

Chat with us to have your order canceled and refunded.
