Shipping Carriers 

All shipping carriers available will be listed at checkout and allow you to select the shipping carrier you prefer. Currently we provide the access to use UPS & USPS. 

All Shipping carriers are chosen by the customer, and TWB has no control over any of their shipping practices. In the worst situation, should there be any delays in shipping, and your order does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

When it comes to shipping, TWB can only assist with the following:

  • Providing you with your tracking number
  • Helping you track your order 
  • Providing tracking links
  • Replacements if mail is considered “lost” by USPS/UPS
  • Broken product replacements/returns 

TWB can not assist with and does not issue refunds for any of the following:

  • Shipping Delays 
  • Shipping Updates/Scans
  • Changing addresses after order is shipped 
  • Stolen Packages 
  • Missing packages when tracking clearly states “Delivered”

Should you have experienced any of the issues listed above with your shipping carrier, the only option is to file a claim with that shipping carrier.

TWB does not issue any refunds for shipping delays and/or estimated arrival date changes. TWB does not provide assistance besides our automatic “Track Your Order” option in the “CHAT WITH US” bubble.

Do you ship to my state?

Yes, we ship to every state in the US

What if my glass arrives broken?

We will replace it! Contact us via the chat option and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Do you ship to Canada or other countries?

Cancel my subscription?

We are NOT a subscription so there is nothing to cancel!

Cancel and refund my order?

Chat with us to have your order canceled and refunded.

We can change anything about an order BEFORE it ships! Once you receive a shipment confirmation, there's nothing we can do to change your order!
